1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale, by LEXADEV, of the MonPortrait.ai service: AI-generated professional portraits created from photos provided by the customer.
2. Price and payment
The discovery pack is sold for $9.90 (10 portraits), a one-time payment, no subscription. Additional portraits can be ordered afterwards through optional paid add-ons (from $19). Payment is processed securely online via Stripe. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Service delivery
After payment, the customer uploads their selfies. An AI model is trained and portraits are generated, usually within 15 to 30 minutes. The customer is notified by email when the portraits are ready and can download them from their account.
4. Commercial use
Commercial use of the generated portraits is included (LinkedIn, resume, website, social media, professional materials). The customer warrants that the photos provided represent themselves, or that they have the explicit consent of the person represented.
5. Right of withdrawal
As the service consists of digital content produced on demand and delivered shortly after the order, the customer acknowledges that execution begins immediately and expressly waives the right of withdrawal once generation has started, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@lexadev.com: we will regenerate a batch or refund you. Our goal is for you to leave with a photo you love.
7. Data & deletion
Your selfies and generated portraits are stored privately and automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.
